1. Introduction Welcome to Window of the Soul (Fereastra Sufletului). By accessing this website and purchasing our artworks, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between the Artist and the Collector.

2. Artworks and Authenticity Each piece of art is an original creation, developed through native talent and dedicated practice. As these are handmade works, slight variations in texture or color may occur compared to the digital photographs. Each painting is sold as a unique "symbolic portal," a spiritual and artistic expression.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • Retention of Rights: The purchase of a physical painting transfers ownership of the object to the Collector, but does not transfer copyright. The Artist retains all intellectual property rights, including the right to create reproductions, prints, or use the image for promotional purposes.

  • Prohibited Use: The Collector may not reproduce, scan, or use the artwork for any commercial purpose, digital distribution, or resale of copies without the express written consent of the Artist.

  • Moral Rights: The Artist’s name must always be associated with the work in any public display or publication.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateways (PayPal).

  • Tax Policy: For international orders (outside of Romania), the buyer is solely responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or value-added taxes (VAT/GST) applied by the destination country.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using premium carriers to ensure the safety of the artworks.

  • Packaging: Each painting is professionally packed and insured to maintain its physical and energetic integrity.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are guides. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier logistics.

  • HS Code: Artworks are shipped under HS Code 9701 (Hand-painted original art).

6. Pickup Option If you choose the "In-store Pickup" option, the collection must be scheduled in advance. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the artwork is handed over in person.

7. Returns and Refunds Due to the unique and original nature of these artworks, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind." If a painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate an insurance claim.

8. Spiritual Nature of the Work The buyer acknowledges that the art is created as a form of spiritual manifestation. While we believe in the harmony and connection these "portals" provide, the Artist offers no guarantees regarding the personal metaphysical experiences of the collector.
